Just Some Of The Best Unusual Foods In The World

Posted in Uncategorized | No Comments »

There are so many foods out there and there will be thousands that you won’t have tried that is almost certain, there are some strange ones out there though..

Pig’s Blood Cake

This is the ice-cream of Taiwan and is something that many people enjoy to eat across the area. This can be found all over the place but mostly in the markets, it is made from pig’s blood (of course) and rice. I must warn you that you might not want to look at it before you eat it because it looks awful.

Pigeon

So many people call these animals a rat with wings especially here in Britain however the residents of France seem to love them. Some of the best restaurants in France will serve this dish and has a very robust flavour. Is this really something that a lot of people are going to want to eat?.

Snake Wine

As strange as it sounds this is a very big delicacy in Vietnam and the wine is made out of snake’s blood and is bottled with a snake on the inside. Sometimes the odd scorpian and frog is thrown into the bottle. Although it is said to have medicinal properties you are supposed to drink this quite quickly.

Ostrich

Not the egg here but the bird itself. This has to be the one that I would try first because it is a bird and we can relate to it.. Ostrich burgers are often made and of course the omelettes from the eggs.

Of course if you really do not fancy any of these you could just get in catering companies to do things like your wedding catering. However I would recommend trying a few of these if you can.
