you did say quick and easy…..add 2 cups sugar…2 cups all purpose flour …2 tsp baking soda…2 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla 1 can (20 oz ) crushed pineapple…1 cup chopped pecans…pour into a 9 by 13 pan ungreased…bake 350 for 40 to 45 mins cool completely ..frost with cream cheese frosting……this is quick and easy and delicous,,,, PINEAPPLE PECAN CAKE
